1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from pnlwin or any affiliated gaming platform for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or any other cause.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law. If you are accessing pnlwin on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

During account registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and valid email address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Each player is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account on pnlwin. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") for any purpose including but not limited to abuse of bonuses, circumvention of restrictions, or evasion of detection is strictly prohibited. pnlwin reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through such accounts, and confiscate any funds or winnings obtained through multi-accounting without prior notice or opportunity to withdraw.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pnlwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes or security questions. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to immediately notify pnlwin customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

• All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility. You will be held liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account or access pnlwin services using your credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. pnlwin recommends enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced account security.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access your account or interact with pnlwin services without our express written permission.
• You acknowledge that pnlwin will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any such request should be immediately reported to our security team as a potential phishing attempt.

pnlwin is not liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials or from sharing your login information with third parties. While we implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data, you acknowledge that internet-based services are inherently subject to security risks, and you use pnlwin at your own risk.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pnlwin accepts deposits via various payment methods available to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• The funds you deposit are legally obtained and belong to you. You are not using pnlwin for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• The payment method you use is registered in your own name and you are the authorized account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• You are not using credit obtained through criminal activity, borrowed funds from loan sharks, or money obtained through fraudulent means.
• You understand that deposits are non-refundable once placed into your gaming account, except in cases of clear error or where required by applicable law.

Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements and anti-money laundering regulations. Before your first withdrawal, pnlwin requires verification of your identity through submission of valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and potentially additional documentation depending on the withdrawal amount and account activity patterns.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply based on the payment method selected. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 2-6 hours, bank transfers within 24 hours, and cryptocurrency withdrawals within 1-3 hours. pnlwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawals, unusual account activity, or where required by our compliance procedures, which may extend processing times.

pnlwin charges no fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs beyond our control. Any bonuses received must be wagered according to the specified bonus terms before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, time restrictions, and other limitations as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Failure to adhere to bonus terms may result in voiding of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential suspension of your account. Key provisions applicable to all pnlwin bonuses unless otherwise specified include:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion.
• Maximum bet limits apply while any bonus is active in your account, typically ₱200 per spin or bet. Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and forfeit all associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action:

• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, or placing bets with the primary purpose of guaranteed profit rather than genuine recreational gaming.
• Fraudulent activity including chargebacks, reversed deposits, use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or providing false documentation.
• Abusive behavior toward pnlwin staff or other players, including harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language in chat functions or communications.
• Circumventing any geographic restrictions, bonus limitations, or account restrictions through use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means.

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, technical malfunctions, or bet outcomes, pnlwin's records of game results and account transactions as maintained on our secure servers shall be considered the final and authoritative record. All disputes must be reported to customer support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pnlwin website and platform, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, images, text, audio, video, software code, user interface designs, and the compilation of all such content, is the exclusive property of pnlwin or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pnlwin, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

pnlwin provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

pnlwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, failure to provide required verification documents, or at our sole discretion if we determine your account poses a risk to our business operations or other players.

Upon termination, your right to use pnlwin services immediately ceases. If your account is terminated for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. If terminated without cause, any balance not associated with bonus abuse or terms violations will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing account closure, you must withdraw all funds (subject to any pending wagering requirements), and you may be required to complete identity verification procedures if not previously completed.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
